Responsibilities
📌 Manage the full tendering process, including tender review, quantity take-off, quotation sourcing, pricing, submission preparation, and tender portal management across platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, GeBiz, Sesami, Tenderboard, and VendorCafe.
📌 Source and liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors for competitive pricing, while managing project cost administration including subcontract awards, progress claims, variation orders, cost documentation, and final accounts.
📌 Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams, while supporting client relationships, project opportunities, and cost-efficient project strategies.
Requirements
✔️ Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Business Development, or a related discipline.
✔️ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, contracts, tendering, or commercial/interior fit-out projects within Singapore's construction industry.
✔️ Strong experience in tender preparation, cost management, supplier/subcontractor coordination, and commercial administration for renovation or interior fit-out projects.
