COB PLEASE HOLD TAITA TAVETA COUNTY FUNDS
Since #TaitaTaveta County Government appears to be playing around with the controller of Budget by refusing to respond to their demands on the Supplementary Budget I - FY 2024 / 2025 and submitting an unsigned Supplementary Budget II - FY 2024 / 2025, it is prudent that all funds are held till the demands are fully met.
It should not be forgotten that, Ksh 800 million of County Worker's #StatutoryDeductions have disappeared into thing air.
Governor H.E Dr. Andrew Mwadime - Wakujaa, EGH, Governor Taita Taveta County has refused to fire 🔥 nor hand over the suspects to the investigative agencies, Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) , for investigations. He merely transferred the suspects to other departments.
We therefore, call upon the CoB to be firm before releasing any funds to the county.
