نهادی که با ادعای خدمت به مستضعفان تاسیس شد ولی صداهای نارضایتی از آن همیشه به گوش می‌رسد.

در تصویر محسن رفیق‌دوست را می‌بینید که سال‌ها ریاست این بنیاد را به عهده داشت و اکنون نیز عضو هیئت امنای بنیاد است.

جالب است که رفیق‌دوست با اینکه رییس بنیاد بوده است همیشه نزد بسیاری از مردم به عنوان یکی از چهره‌های فاسد نیز شناخته می‌شده است.
