@isaac That chart goes, if I understand correctly, month by month. Given that patients don't necessarily go into the ICU, if they get medical attention at all; I'd say the implication that the sanitary measures don't work is standing on pretty frail legs.

The point is why would California decide to open up now when cases are the highest they've ever been....sure, they are beginning to trend down at the very end but in comparison to prior months its still "very dangerous" to eat in a restaurant.
