Public polls and quizzes

In the upcoming patch Telegram for all platforms the function "Polls" will be improved.

Available to the anonymous survey added public polls, polls with a choice of several options, as well as polls quiz where one answer is correct.

At the moment, all the surveys after you create become anonymous with a choice of one option, and public opinion polls cannot publish to channels.
