VU19P key logic resource numbers:
* 4 M LUTs
* 90 Mb UltraRAM
* 76 Mb BRAM
* 3.8 K DSPs

Compared to the Virtex UltraScale+ VU9P in AWS F1, that's 3.5x LUTs !!, 1/3x UltraRAM, 1x BRAM, and 0.6x DSP.

Different resource mixes, optimized for different markets.
