- unlocked 1.65GHz big cluster cpu freq in sd616
- unlocked 1.1GHz little cluster cpu freq in sd415
- unlocked 550MHz freq in sd415 variant's gpu (adreno 405)
- improved responsiveness and reduced jank
- overall ui should be smoother now
- now big cluster cores turn on more often
- updated kernel, fixed some dmesg spam
- added ksm and uksm for better ram management

NOTE: those who are still facing statusbar pulldown issue after low battery shutdown in this build, send a full system and kernel log and tag me (@ghostriderreborn) in k5 group. also let me know if there is s excessive heating or cpu cores stuck at max frequency.
