Responsibilities
📌 Manage project planning, scheduling and execution, while monitoring progress, quality, budget and overall project performance.
📌 Coordinate drawings, precast production, delivery and site activities with design teams, production teams, main contractors, consultants and other project stakeholders.
📌 Attend site meetings and inspections at construction sites and precast yards, resolve technical and quality issues, and provide regular project updates and support.
Requirements
✔️ Knowledge of building and structural details, local construction practices and the ability to interpret drawings and resolve technical and quality issues.
✔️ Familiarity with tender and bidding processes, engineering standards, and local building, construction and safety regulations.
✔️ Able to coordinate precast activities across design, production, delivery and site teams, and attend site meetings and inspections as required.
