📖Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or with related field of study with relevant work experience.
✂️Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee project implementation, develop work plans, allocate resources, and ensure project objectives are achieved within the agreed scope, budget, and timeline.
- Direct day-to-day site activities, supervise engineering teams, coordinate contractors, and ensure work meets approved technical specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor project expenditures, control labor, material, and equipment costs, review subcontractor progress claims, and ensure effective budget utilization.
- Enforce workplace health and safety procedures, ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Prepare regular project progress reports, maintain project records, identify implementation challenges, and recommend appropriate solutions.
