Instead of fixing the problem that is mass economic migration into the US they are looking to better facilitate it.
Ultimately it will all lead to calls to let them just go into the US interior and other red locations. When the numbers are high enough they will discuss paths to citizenship.
End result is more blue voter influence in currently Republican strongholds.

The bottom tweet is recent, talks about not changing anything currently, but thinking about how better to administer the process. *All the while ignoring her trump era tweets of concentration camps, and dehumanisation* even though the conditions under biden are far worse with a massive increase in numbers being held at some facilities..
