Thanks. Could someone please tell me how to instal hotspotshield in Arch. Both .Deb and .rpm files are available on the website.
Imagine going through the effort of setting up Arch only to use Google fucking Chrome

Package installation is part of the very Arch Linux installation process itself.
Once someone has installed Arch, they should know how to install packages: sudo pacman -S <package name>

As for Chrome, why would I use Google's browser and help them dominate the browser space any more?
There are a slew of good alternatives, starting with Firefox. I'm using Falkon as my main browser. It does everything I've needed it to do.

We use Open Source software to preserve our Software Freedom. Making one web browser overwhelmingly dominant is the opposite of that, and contributes to less Software Freedom in future.

I can't find hotspotshield in the Arch repos or the AUR.
You'd have to install debtap (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/debtap/) from the AUR, which will let you convert and then install .deb packages like typical AUR packages.

There's a package called rpmextract in the Arch repos, for installing rpm packages. I haven't used it though.
