The International Collaborative Research Projects which constitutes an India, Taiwan and Bulgaria partnership explore the development of homo-spintronic devices and oxide based solar cell. The PhD candidate will be involved in the fabrication and the characterization of magnetic tunnel junctions and solar cell for their efficiency improvement. He/she should have a Master degree in physics with a strong background in Solid-State Physics and Device electronics, and show a clear interest for experimental research in magnetism and photovoltaic.
