The word honest is important in the bitcoin White Paper. By nature the alternative for an attacker is dishonest. For fraud to be demonstrated, it requires dishonesty. It also requires that the attacker or dishonest miner is acting with an intent to make again for himself or another or even to cause loss to another entity even to expose another to a risk of loss.
