πŸ‘‰Roof work in Ethiopia both in Amharic and English

πŸ’«What are the steps we should follow when we take over roof work in local Ethiopian methodology?

🏷In Ethiopian there are two methodologies for local roof work

1. Placing the assembled truss (αŠ«αŠ•α‰½) and tying it on the top tie beam - this method is preferable when there is working space on the site because carpenters need wood bed (αŠ αˆαŒ‹) to assemble the roof truss in other case if it’s steel roof truss we don’t need a space it will be arranged in the workshop

The next step is nailing the purlin on the truss (αŠ«αŠ•α‰½) then the roof cover it might be CIS (corrugated iron sheet) or decra or galvanized EGA sheet

* in this methodology carpenters should be very careful about dimension because it should fit our supporting top tie beams …. So measurement is very crucial.
