No doubt that the sanction was a major factor but the lack of leadership, social distancing, public awareness about the disease and open borders to infected Chinese people while the epidemic was going on in China were other important factors that this doctor is ignoring. Every country where the leaders ignore the danger of spreading the virus, faced the harsh outcome including the USA with poor leadership from the president. In Iran, the leaders did not act rational to stop the spread of the disease in a timely manner. Sanction on medical supplies is inhumane and has to stop but we still need the right leadership to use the medical supply the right way.
