I pray that deception will have no influence on me. I ask that deceivers will be muted. Help me to remember that all truth is centered in Christ.

I confess that I live in a confusing world. Satan is always distorting the distinction between right and wrong, good and evil, moral and immoral.

Give me discernment to recognize and renounce false teachers and unbiblical doctrine. Teach me to hold fast to what is good and wholesome.

Father, help me to grow in my knowledge of Jesus Christ, and the Scriptures and my heart to align with Your Word and sound doctrine.
In Jesus' name, I pray.
