Urgent alert!! Iranian protests. Protesters in the streets of Iran are currently under siege by police and security forces. Communications have been closed down by the government. The blocking of the internet is preventing people from communicating with each other and letting the world know what is taking place. We have had word from one protestor in Shiraz that government snipers are shooting to kill. Twenty bodies are within his immediate sight. He has video evidence but is unable to transmit. The immediate trigger for unrest has been the government's decision to raise the price of petrol by 300% overnight, without any notice. This is an unbearable cost for people already under severe financial hardship - a situation underlain by the squandering of the nation's resources in overseas military interventions. Beyond economic woes, the people are expressing their complete rejection of the regime for ongoing abuses of human rights, deprivation of civil liberties, absolute political repression and neglect of all duty for responsible governance. درود دوستان بنده در استرالیا زندگی می کنم و با سازمان حقوق بشر در اینجا همکاری داوطلبان دارم Amnesty international و بعضاً به صورت حضوری یا به طریق نامه گزارشی در رابطه با ایران میدهم! متنی که به انگلیسی میفرستم گزارشی در رابطه با کشتار آزادیخواهان ایران است در چند روز اخیر و قطع اینترنت دوستانی که در خارج از کشور زندگی می کنند �‌توانند آن را به سازمان حقوق بشری کشورها و شهرهای خود بفرستم یا هر گونه که آنها می توانند سازمانهای حقوق بشر را در رابطه با قطع اینترنت و کشتار آزادی خواهان در جریان بگذارند زنده باد آزادی زنده باد آگاهی زنده باد قانون مدرن این قانون مدرن است که کشوری را به آبادی و آزادی می رساند نه یک شخص
