Government has one job: get the hell out of the way.

It’s not here to feed you, clothe you, fund your art, fix your bad bets, or coddle your lazy bones. It’s not here to make things “fair,” to soothe your bruised ego, or to redistribute the spoils of men who earned what you couldn’t dream of creating. Its role is to protect—protect you from thieves, from frauds, from fists and bullets and lies. That’s it. Anything more, and it’s a parasite with a flag.

The economy is not a broken machine to be tinkered with by grey-faced men in government buildings. It is not a sick child in need of compassion. It is the product of a million minds, all hungry, all thinking, all pushing forward with calloused hands and burning eyes. Every time the state intervenes—every tax, every subsidy, every regulation—it throws a wrench into the gears. It says to the builder, “Stop.” It says to the trader, “Wait.” It says to the mind, “You owe us.”

Let it burn. Let the inefficient fall. Let the weak learn or starve. That’s not cruelty—it’s justice. Because every dollar made through honest trade is a moral act, and every hand reaching into that pocket with a bureaucrat’s permission is a thief hiding behind paperwork.

You want the government to “stimulate” the economy? That’s like asking a drunk to steer the ambulance. It prints money it doesn’t have, spends wealth it didn’t earn, and hands it to people who didn’t create it. It punishes production and rewards inertia. It drowns value in a swamp of slogans and then demands thanks for the favour.

There’s no dignity in dependence. There’s no pride in waiting for a cheque you didn’t earn. And there’s no future in an economy that treats the competent as beasts of burden and the incompetent as sacred cows.

The state must retreat. It must slash its bloated budgets, close the doors of its ministries, tear up its rulebooks, and shut its sanctimonious mouth. It must reduce itself to its only legitimate role: to protect the man who builds, who trades, who risks, who dares—to protect him from force and fraud and nothing else.

The market does not need saving. It needs to be unchained.

Let the creative rise. Let the strong earn. Let the free mind reign.

And to hell with the rest.
