To defend the right of the inventor to set something within a protocol is to defend the very essence of property rights—the foundation upon which all human progress stands. Satoshi Nakamoto, in creating Bitcoin, made a declaration that the protocol was immutable, set in stone. This was not a mere technical decision but a moral stance, an assertion that the creator has the sovereign right to determine the path and purpose of what they bring into existence.

When Satoshi Nakamoto said Bitcoin was unchangeable, it was not just a statement about software; it was a declaration of the integrity of creation itself. To now suggest that a group of unauthorised developers can alter the protocol is to reject the rights of the individual creator and to hand the keys of innovation to the whims of a collective.

This is the Communist/collectivist lie, the perversion that demands that an individual’s creation belongs to the mob and can be reshaped by any who claim the right to do so.
The right to one's invention is the most sacred form of property. Without this right, there is no creation, no innovation, no future. It is the self-determined mind, the sovereign creator, who builds systems like Bitcoin, systems meant to function as envisioned by their creator.

To allow unauthorised developers to alter the protocol—developers who had no hand in its creation, who do not understand or respect its original design—is to violate the very principle of property rights.

It is to say that a man’s mind, once having given birth to an idea, can be usurped by those who have contributed nothing to its creation.

This is the lie of collectivism, the insidious claim that no man owns what he builds, that the fruits of his labour must be ceded to the hands of the collective, to be twisted and torn apart as the mob sees fit.
Property rights are the backbone of all civilised society.

They are the moral recognition that an individual has the right to the product of his mind, his effort, and his vision. When Satoshi Nakamoto created Bitcoin, he established a protocol that was to remain unchanged—a system that operated according to rules that were clear, unalterable, and just.

To alter that protocol now is to engage in an act of intellectual theft, to rewrite the very nature of the invention. It is not merely a technical decision; it is a moral corruption that seeks to erase the boundaries of ownership, a corruption that leads inevitably to the dissolution of the individual’s right to his own mind and his own work.
The attempt to claim that BTC Core or any group of developers has the right to change the protocol of Bitcoin is to reject the very premise of Satoshi’s invention. It is to say that nothing is sacred, that the mind of the creator can be overridden by the votes of a faceless collective.

This is the path of tyranny, the annihilation of the individual, and the ultimate Communist lie—that creation belongs not to the creator, but to the masses.

To defend the immutability of Bitcoin’s protocol is to defend the most fundamental principle of freedom: the right of an individual to control the product of their mind and to ensure that it is not destroyed by the hands of others.
