And you have a point. I didn't think of this when I first heard of this last year. They must be working on turning their Linux "distro" into spyware just like Windows 10 is...

Microsoft announcing Windows 10 antivirus for Linux is one of the dumbest things I've ever heard.

Trying to promote that at people instead of giving people things they've actually asked for, like MS Office support for Linux, just proves that Microsoft don't care about the users.

Also, they should rather spend time and money rescuing Windows 10 from being a terrible OS before they pretend like they're relevant to Linux/Open Source at all...
