I recommend the book "Leadership and Self-Deception: Getting Out of the Box" by the Arbinger Institute. I believe that reading this book can greatly benefit collaborative efforts.
One compelling example from the book, or its second volume titled "Beyond Himself," involves an employee sent to America for a work assignment. This employee worked tirelessly in a hotel every day until night, feeling that the company and colleagues owed him. However, upon presenting his work on the promised day, he realized he had taken the wrong approach. There was no need to be overly harsh on himself or to condemn others in his thoughts; he simply needed to find the right path.
