fcd = αcc*fck/γc
where:
γc = is the partial safety factor for concrete
αcc = is a coefficient taking into account of long-term effects on the compressive strength and of unfavorable effects resulting from the way the load is applied.
This value is defined in the National Annex of each country.
The recommended value is 1.0.

where:
γc = is the partial safety factor for concrete
αct = is a coefficient taking into account of long term effects on the tensile strength and of unfavorable effects resulting from the way the load is applied.
This value is defined in the National Annex of each country.
The recommended value is 1.0.
