New Twitter's URLs are not usable to create embeds via publish.twitter.com so you will need to manually craft the URL when wanting to embed a list.

New URL structure, which currently does not work is like /i/lists/ListID-number

Old URL structure, which you will need to craft in order to create an embed code is: /UserName/lists/ListName
