🏷1. Supervision of Site Work
⏺Monitor all construction activities on the site.
⏺Ensure workers follow drawings, specifications, and instructions.
⏺Make sure work is done safely and correctly.
🏷2. Interpretation of Drawings
⏺Read and understand structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.
⏺Give instructions to workers based on the drawings.
⏺Report any discrepancies to the project manager or consultant.
🏷3. Quality Control
⏺Check the quality of materials before use (cement, sand, aggregates, steel, etc.).
⏺Ensure workmanship meets standards and project specifications.
⏺Conduct inspections at different stages: foundation, reinforcement, formwork, concreting, finishing, etc.
🏷4. Setting Out & Measurements
⏺Mark levels, alignments, and layout points on site.
⏺Measure and calculate quantities for materials and progress reports.
⏺Ensure the structure is built in the correct location and dimensions.
🏷5. Coordination
⏺Coordinate with subcontractors, laborers, supervisors, and suppliers.
⏺Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid delays.
⏺Communicate with consultants and project managers about site issues.
🏷6. Site Safety
⏺Ensure workers use PPE (helmets, gloves, boots).
⏺Identify and eliminate hazards on site.
⏺Enforce safety guidelines during excavation, scaffolding, formwork, and electrical work.

⏺Maintain daily site records (Daily Progress Report).
⏺Record manpower, materials used, equipment, and weather conditions.
⏺Prepare reports for inspections and approvals.

⏺Estimate required materials.
⏺Request materials on time and manage storage properly.
⏺Prevent wastage and theft.
🏷9. Concreting & Reinforcement Checks
⏺Check formwork dimensions, alignment, and supports.
⏺Verify reinforcement spacing, diameter, cover, and tying.
⏺Monitor mixing, placing, compaction, curing of concrete.
