What I owe is gratitude. Nothing more.
Not money. Not positions. Not some imagined entitlement people construct after the fact. Gratitude—for those who actually tried to build something.
And that includes people like
@gamaroff. People who took a vision seriously enough to act on it, to risk failure, to fall short, and then to get up and try again. That is the part that matters. Not the outcome in a single attempt, but the willingness to pursue something that could change the world and accept the cost when it doesn’t immediately work.
Because failure, followed by trying again, is infinitely more valuable than standing on the sidelines offering commentary and expecting reward.
There is a difference between those who attempt and those who attach themselves to attempts. One group builds, learns, and moves forward. The other waits, judges, and claims they were always part of it.
Gratitude belongs to the former.
The rest are just noise.
