Good yet general article on EFI Boot problems. I faced theses things some times ago. Solved them just by installing Grub2. I think many people would be happy to see detailed instructions of dual boot system installation , with nice Grub menu at the beginning , with the system one can choose. Seems like instruction that will embrace Windows 10 and Ubuntu would be popular....
