Responsibilities
📌 Oversee structural and civil works for landed residential projects from site commencement to completion, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications and local regulations.
📌 Plan and coordinate daily site activities with consultants, subcontractors and project stakeholders while resolving technical and site coordination issues.
📌 Monitor site progress, workmanship and safety, support inspections and submissions, and review technical documents, shop drawings and construction methodologies.
Requirements
✔️ Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related field, with experience in landed residential, general building or housing construction projects.
✔️ Able to interpret construction drawings, review structural details, and apply sound knowledge of Singapore construction practices and building requirements.
✔️ Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage site activities effectively.
