@tip_nz The truth has a way of standing on its own, never needing to hide behind the veil of censorship. Yet, when you look at the actions of COPA and BTC Core, the pattern is clear—they don’t just disagree with voices like mine; they actively try to shut them down. If their story was solid, they wouldn’t need to silence dissent. A genuine argument stands firm against scrutiny, but here, we see attempts to suppress rather than engage.
It’s the same playbook used by those who fear what they can’t control—shut down the questions, silence the critics, and drown out any voice that doesn’t toe the line. If COPA and BTC Core were truly standing on the side of transparency and openness, they wouldn’t be pushing to keep certain voices quiet. The very act of trying to stifle a narrative is an admission of fear—fear that the other side might just have a point that the world needs to hear.
In a world where truth is on your side, you don’t need to muzzle those who disagree. You engage them, challenge them, prove them wrong. The irony here is thick, as COPA wraps itself in the banner of openness, all the while trying to keep certain perspectives from reaching the light of day. The truth doesn’t need suppression—it shines through regardless. But those who fear the truth? They will always reach for the mute button, hoping that silence will cover up what they cannot refute.
Ask yourself this: do COPA and BTC Core ever direct their efforts against Tether? Have they launched any campaigns to hold the exchanges accountable—those that operate like Ponzi schemes or bucket shops, flouting every regulation in the book? The answer is obvious. They don't. They stay silent or even lend their support to these operations. Tether, with its history of opaque reserves and regulatory scrutiny, gets a free pass. The same goes for certain exchanges—entities that would be shut down in any other industry for their practices. But instead, they find backing, not opposition.
Think about what that says. If COPA’s mission was genuinely about protecting the integrity of the crypto space, wouldn’t they be targeting the most egregious offenders? Instead, they seem more interested in silencing those who challenge their narrative while allowing dubious actors to continue unchecked. It’s a convenient hypocrisy, one that should make anyone question their motives.
Why go after those who speak out, while turning a blind eye to the real rule-breakers? Perhaps because it’s easier to control the narrative than to confront the uncomfortable truths.
