Responsibilities
📌 Lead and manage a team of Technical Officers overseeing security equipment installation, testing, commissioning, system programming, servicing and maintenance, while monitoring team performance and resolving operational issues.
📌 Oversee the complete service and maintenance workflow, including manpower allocation, schedules, milestones, performance metrics and documentation, to ensure timely completion of client commitments.
📌 Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling feedback and complaints, understanding operational requirements, recommending suitable technical solutions and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
✔️ Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in technical service, maintenance or operations.
✔️ Strong leadership, organisational, communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple technical projects and resolve operational issues effectively.
✔️ Experience in the security systems or CCTV industry will be an advantage.
