That's only partly correct. Pfizer can't be held liable in the USA because the contract that Pfizer signed with the US federal government (a.k.a. "the government") rules that out.
The contract of Pfizer with the European Commission doesn't have such a clause. Thus Pfizer can be held fully liable for it's product in the EU.
Why would he be sued for it if the warning is on the paper. Everyone knows upfront you can't be sued. So why would a company be sued for it? Literally illogical. Now maybe you can try suing an employer who may demand it, but not the pharma company
