Responsibilities
📌 Plan and oversee electrical and M&E construction projects throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery within schedule, quality and safety requirements.
📌 Coordinate project activities with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, including the design and coordination of electrical and Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems.
📌 Manage project documentation, including progress claims, material submissions, shop drawings and as-built drawings, while resolving project risks and site issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
✔️ Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
✔️ At least 4 years of relevant project management experience in electrical and M&E construction, with strong knowledge of electrical systems, project coordination and site management.
✔️ Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
