Advertising in the Telegram?

the Telegram update to version 6.1.1 (Telegram Desktop 2.1.1) added support for new type of secured channel. It is intended to convey important information about the pandemic to users.

At the moment, the feature only works on the test server.

Revision Telegram Info assumes that after the end of the pandemic, the function can be used to advertise channels and bots.
