9/11当天，我在纽约。我见证了这一悲剧。当时我正在哥伦比大学上学。从我们国际关系学院顶楼可以清楚地看到世贸大厦。我和很多同学亲眼看到了这两栋情侣般的摩天大楼先后轰然崩塌。这一幕终身难忘！当天我从曼哈顿步行几小时回到皇后区家里，一路上感觉世界末日就要来临。一切都不确定，都有可能发生。当时有两个英雄式人物令我印象深刻，一个是纽约市长朱利安尼，一个是纽约房地产大亨川普。他们第一时间亲临现场，与消防队和志愿者一起参与救援。一时间被传为佳话。二十多年后，他们却被以各种莫须有的罪名起诉。令人悲叹不已。所幸的是，他们没有被打倒，而是越战越勇！ 向所有参与救援的9/11英雄致敬！

Today, they are being arrested and politically persecuted for questioning corruption in our Government.
We were so busy bringing “freedom” to countries around the world that we lost it here at home.
