Responsibilities
📌 Lead a team of Technical Officers in security system installation, testing, commissioning, programming, servicing and maintenance.
📌 Oversee service and maintenance operations, including manpower planning, scheduling, team performance and timely completion of client commitments.
📌 Manage client relationships, resolve technical and operational issues, and improve service processes, documentation and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
✔️ Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline.
✔️ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in technical service, maintenance or operations, with strong leadership, communication and coordination skills.
✔️ Able to manage multiple technical projects and resolve operational issues effectively. Experience in security systems or CCTV will be an advantage.
