📋 OPEN POSITIONS
1️⃣ Project Manager
Department: Project Management
Quantity: 1
Role: Oversees project planning, execution, and delivery ensuring quality, time, and budget compliance.
Qualification: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (M.Sc. is an added advantage).
Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience in building construction project management; experience handling multi-disciplinary teams.
Core Competencies: Project planning & control, team leadership, cost & time management, problem-solving, communication skills.
2️⃣ Site / Civil Engineer
Department: Construction Operations
Quantity: 2
Role: Responsible for site supervision, technical implementations, and quality control.
Qualification: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (Professional license is advantageous).
Experience: 4+ years of experience in building construction site supervision; familiar with construction drawings and site execution.
Core Competencies: Structural analysis, site supervision, AutoCAD / BOQ, problem-solving, team coordination.
3️⃣ Tender & Procurement Officer
Department: Tender & Procurement
Quantity: 1
Role: Prepares bids, manages client relations, and procurement process.
Qualification: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in tender preparation and procurement in building construction.
Core Competencies: Tender documentation, market analysis, client communication, negotiation skills, strategic thinking.
4️⃣ Finance & Accountant
Department: Finance & Administration
Quantity: 1
Role: Manages financial records, transactions, and reporting.
Qualification: B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Professional qualification like CPA/ACCA is an advantage).
Experience: 3+ years of relevant accounting and financial management experience.
Core Competencies: Financial reporting, tax and compliance, MS Excel / accounting software, analytical & numerical skills, attention to detail.
