Quantity Surveyor III (Building Projects)

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or with related field of study with relevant work experience
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for building works (structural, architectural, finishes, MEP)
- Verify subcontractor and supplier quantities against project drawings and specifications.
- Maintain updated records of material usage and labor quantities.
- Prepare interim payment applications and final accounts for clients.
- Review and certify subcontractor payment requests based on actual progress.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and project milestones.
- Identify, evaluate, and document variations in scope (design changes, additional works, site conditions).
- Prepare variation orders and claims documentation for client approval.
Quanitity Required: 2
