Responsibilities
📌 Review tender enquiries, technical requirements, site information and tender scope to prepare bid summaries.
📌 Support site visits, quantity checks, preliminary costing, supplier pricing and bid preparation.
📌 Draft offer letters, bid documents and submission materials while supporting bid strategies, risk assessments and HSEQ targets.

Requirements
✔️ Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
✔️ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in design, site, tendering or proposal-related work.
✔️ Able to review technical enquiries, perform quantity checks, support preliminary costing, and use Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
