FCC warns gateway provider about overseas robocalls
The FCC warned One Owl Telecom that it would order other service providers to block the gateway provider if it continued to allow the flow of illegal robocalls from overseas. The calls deluged consumers with phony orders from "ACM Trading LLC," the FCC said.
