There's not a lot of good news on the right now. Let me break it down for you.
1- In just four days, Letitia James may start seizing Trump's assets in New York and beyond because he cannot post a bond of half a billion dollars.
2- The ruling was that he committed fraud by inflating the value of his assets to secure loans from banks, but even CNN is now admitting that Mar-a-Lago, for instance, is worth over $240 million. New York claimed it was worth just $18 million, which was a lie.
3- The Republican impeachment inquiry is not going anywhere as they don’t have the votes. They may not even have the votes in the Republican-controlled House, and definitely do not have the votes in the Senate. It’s barely seven months before the next elections, and very soon, attention will shift to the elections not the probes.
4- Trump and the RNC are also raising less money, half of what Biden and the DNC have raised, making it possible that there would be a deluge of negative ads against Trump and GOP candidates in the coming months.
5- Journalists and influencers who seem to be right-leaning are being crushed on X, not in terms of visibility, but advertisers seem to be deliberately avoiding their accounts, and subscribers are few, making it impossible to sustain the fight. Yet, apart from knocking on real doors, 60 percent of the media fight is online, not on networks where money goes for ads that no one watches.
6- The first trial of the Republican nominee is coming up in New York next month, and with a porn actress testifying, it will be salacious, involving sex, crime, a weeping woman in court—the perfect material for viral videos!
7- Also, Trump's former lawyer Michael Cohen would testify, and that would also be explosive.
8- But none of that compares to the Supreme Court ruling next month on Trump’s immunity while he was President. If he wins, most cases against him would die a sudden death, but if he loses, he would likely be convicted in New York, DC, and Florida, leaving voters with a difficult choice: would they want to elect a convicted felon or not, regardless of whether the trial was fair or not? Would donors come forward? And what would then play on networks, the conviction or his past achievements?
