Position Overview
We are a premier construction company seeking a highly creative, meticulous, and visionary Senior Architect with a minimum of 10 years of experience to lead our design team. The ideal candidate will blend structural architectural expertise with a strong eye for high-end interior design.
As a Senior Architect, you will spearhead projects from conceptualization through to final rendering and execution, ensuring our builds are both structurally sound and aesthetically exceptional.

Key Responsibilities
Concept & Interior Design: Lead the architectural and interior design phases for high-end residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.Advanced 3D Visualization: Produce photorealistic 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and spatial visualizations to present to clients and stakeholders.
Project Leadership: Oversee the design team, coordinate with structural engineers and project managers, and ensure design intent is maintained during construction.
Technical Documentation: Review and approve detailed architectural working drawings, material specifications, and construction documents.
Client Relations: Present design proposals to clients, managing expectations and translating their vision into functional, beautiful realities.
Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio showcasing both architecture and detailed interior design work.
Software Mastery: Exceptional, hands-on proficiency in advanced rendering and modeling software is non-negotiable.
