የስራው ዝርዝር: Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and quantity take-offs.
2. Prepare project cost estimates and material quantity calculations.
3. Monitor project costs
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
Practical experience in quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, measurement, valuation, and cost control.
Good knowledge of construction materials, methods, and project costing.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Good knowledge of Excel and quantity surveying software; experience with AutoCAD is an advantage.
Strong analytical, numerical, communication, and reporting skills.Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Willingness to work at project sites when required.
