Responsibilities
📌 Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, Bills of Quantities and tender documentation for project submissions.
📌 Source and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, support variation works, progress claims and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
📌 Monitor project costs against budgets, verify completed works, and assist in contract administration and final account settlement.
Requirements
✔️ Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related qualification from a recognised institution.
✔️ At least 2 years of relevant quantity surveying experience in the construction industry.
✔️ Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with project stakeholders.
