I am grateful for how deeply You always care for us. Both day and night we enjoy Your protection, love and care.

I call upon You and lay my burdens and worries at Your feet. I remain light and free from troubles of this life.
Help me to accept the peace and rest You freely offer.

When anxiety grips me, guide me to focus not on the negative, but on the uplifting and encouraging promises You have given.

Stir my heart to live a life of encouragement and compassion toward others.
May I grow more and more to reflect the character of Jesus.
