1. Download COMBINATION for your phone

2. Rename COMBINATION from .md5 to .tar and Extract modem.bin

3. Make a TAR archive from modem.bin by using "PeaZIP" software or any other tools to make TAR archive

Now you have made ENG MODEM for your phone !
