All gun control, like all things the left wants hinge on one phrase written in the Constitution that was meant to deal with inadequacy in Government function.
Like everything the says it's a lie that the Constitution was intended to be constantly in flux.
And the bill of rights is recognized then and now as Coming from the Heavenly throne.
So basically, while free speech is protected, it' a weapon for the left to use against the other protected freedoms.
The answer should always be "Nothing here to discuss".
But the McCarthys of this Nation discuss our rights away using the discussion as a bargaining chip.
Remember, when the subject of altering or removing Constitutional protection from our divinely granted Rights is raised the response should always be, "nothing here to discuss".
And we should demand of every Representative to refuse any discussion. Neither refute or discuss in any manner. "Inalienable" is the right answer, but that's a discussion, so "No discussion". Any one in the Government willing to discuss the the elimination or altering protection should be primaried right of Government opportunity.
The NRA BTW is a big part of the "Discussion". There are better organizations.
The FOP is the other, they attack liberty in Courts every day. Many Police say they support the 2nd amendment. And yes they do. The FOP speaks of it too. However they do differently behind the closed doors of Congressional offices and pre litigation arbitration.
