Responsibilities
📌 Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily site production activities, including rig movement, manpower allocation, material arrangements, and site resource planning.
📌 Monitor QA/QC matters, equipment condition, preventive maintenance, breakdown response, and highlight non-conformance issues to the relevant site team.
📌 Oversee site safety requirements, working platform safety, HSEQ initiatives, and lead, coach, and develop site team members.

Requirements
✔️ Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
✔️ Minimum 8 years of site management experience in soil improvement or specialist civil construction works.
