1. Site Supervisor
Number of Vacancies: 2
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience: 0–2 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate strategic direction into measurable operational plans.
- Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions where required.
- Conduct regular site follow-up and supervision.
- Prepare and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- Ensure proper safety control and compliance at project sites.
2. Digital Marketer
Number of Vacancies: 2
Experience: 1 year and above
Key Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of social media management and SEO.
- Skilled in video editing and Graphics design.
- Creative and skilled in script writing and content creation.
- Ability to develop engaging social media content and marketing campaigns.
- Confident and comfortable in front of the camera.
3. Marketer & Sales Officer
Number of Vacancies: 4
Required Qualification:
BA Degree or above in Marketing Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and report on all sales leads.
- Answer potential customer questions and conduct follow-up calls.
- Work with the sales team to close sales.
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance and metrics.
- Meet assigned sales quotas and targets.
- Assist sales representatives and the sales team to meet and exceed their goals.
4. Driver Driving License: Dry 1 (ደረቅ 1)
Experience: 2 years and above
Additional Requirement: Applicants whose residence is in Bulbula or Saris Abo are preferred. (መኖሪያው ቡልቡላ ወይም ሳሪስ አቦ የሆነ)
