Key Responsibilities/Duties:
Preparing construction organization designs, construction methodologies, and technical work plans for various projects.
Reviewing engineering drawings, technical specifications, and contract documents before project execution.
Working with other departments to Conduct site visit to ensure construction works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities to get project bidding information.
Ensuring compliance with applicable construction codes, environmental requirements, and occupational health and safety standards.
Participating in meetings with clients and stakeholders to provide professional advice on construction planning, methodologies, and project implementation.
Purpose of the Role
Prepare construction organization designs, construction methodologies, and technical implementation plans for various construction projects.
Support the tendering department in preparing technical proposals and construction organization plans for bidding documents.
Provide professional technical advice on construction planning, construction methods, and project execution during client meetings and project negotiations.
Assist project teams in resolving technical and construction-related issues while ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Education
B.A or M.A in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or Architectural Engineering
Experience
Above 10 Years
Technical Skills
Prepare and draft construction methodology
Fluent in English
Communication Skill
Can work with team
Review the drawings and construction specification
Writing skill
