Job Summary
The Foreman will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, coordinating workers, monitoring work progress, and ensuring that tasks are completed according to project requirements, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Job Requirements
Education: Diploma or above in a relevant field
Experience: More than 5 years
Monthly Salary: ETB 25,000 net
Work Location: Kombolcha Airport Emergency Access Road Construction
Number of people required; 3
Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workers.
Ensure work is completed according to project plans and schedules.
Monitor the quality of work and compliance with safety procedures.
Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and other site personnel.
Report work progress and site-related issues to management.
