Julian Grey's client is an established construction and engineering organisation with a strong track record in delivering large-scale building and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities
📌 Support the Assistant Project Manager in managing building and construction projects, including interpreting plans, estimating costs and material quantities, and coordinating site/project requirements.
📌 Assist in preparing temporary works plans, designs and drawings, and review architectural and engineering drawings for compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
📌 Provide technical input for tenders, cost estimates and bid documentation, while coordinating with architects, engineers and other professionals to ensure design and engineering requirements are met.

Requirements
✔️ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
✔️ Knowledge of building and structural details, working drawings, tender processes, engineering standards and local construction practices and regulations.
✔️ Able to coordinate effectively with project stakeholders and attend construction sites as required.
